Many intended parents believe the hardest part of surrogacy is the IVF technology. At ANVINO, we believe success lies in the management of "People" and the protection of "Law".
We break the cycle down into three core pillars, each governed by strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Not everyone can become a surrogate. We enforce a strict "108-Point Screening Standard," with an acceptance rate of less than 10%:
In legal surrogacy jurisdictions like Georgia, the legal framework is established BEFORE the medical procedure:
Step 1: Notarization Before Transfer
Before the embryo transfer, you and the surrogate sign a "Surrogacy Agreement," notarized locally. This legally waives any parental rights the surrogate might claim.
Step 2: Birth Certificate
Upon birth, the civil registry issues a birth certificate based on the notarized agreement. Only YOUR names (Intended Parents) appear on it. The surrogate's name is completely omitted, ensuring your full legal parentage.
Once the legal and screening phases are complete, we proceed to the medical transfer:
Q: Can I use a friend as a surrogate?
A: Legally yes, but ANVINO advises against it. Emotional complexities can arise. Commercial surrogacy with a screened stranger ensures clear boundaries and professional compliance.
Q: Do I need to be present for the transfer?
A: No. You only need to be present for legal signing (remote options available) and to pick up your baby. The transfer is monitored by the ANVINO team, with updates sent to you via video.
